Teresa has a real passion for real estate, both working with buyers and Sellers. As a Coldwell Banker agent, she will continue to focus on successful short sales and is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE Certified) with years of real estate experience. She works one-on-one with all her buyers and sellers in all residential real estate transactions in the greater Sacramento Area and the Bay Area

Teresa is a 20-year resident of the Sacramento area and moved to the region from San Francisco to attend the University of California, Davis, where she received a BA degree in Psychology. She is also a certified paralegal with years of experience in real estate law, public land law, probate and estate law. She is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert, certified by CPDE Institute and is extremely knowledge about the short sale process and distressed properties in assisting sellers to review all their options in an extremely complex real estate market. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and is a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce and a lifetime Cal Aggie Alumni member. She is the very proud mother of five children, including two active serving U.S. Marines. Blessed with four gorgeous grandchildren, she embraces life and all it has to offer, and she diligently tries to pass on her enthusiasm to my clients.
