My husband and I stumbled upon Teresa by chance through Zillow and what a gift she was throughout this whole process! She always made herself available to show us properties and explain things to us even late at night. In this market everything is especially time sensitive and she understands that and is on it. She was in constant communication with us making sure we understood everything. She is kind, yet assertive and willing to fight for your best interests. I will be recommending her to everyone I know.

I cannot sing Teresa's praises enough! She is one of the best real estate agents I've ever come across and worked with. As a first time homebuyer, Teresa was extremely patient with me as I went through the comprehensive and cumbersome journey of becoming a homeowner. She took on the challenge of looking for homes for me across the state (from Baltimore to Clarksville to Edgewater and Annapolis) and never grew tired of my search. She was consistently proactive in suggesting properties and having every weekend filled with viewings, which made my life a 1000% easier!

Through her diligence I ended up purchasing my dream home, which was under contract at the time by another buyer; however, since Teresa kept in contact with the seller's agent because she knew how much I truly loved the home when the deal fell apart due to financing the seller's agent immediately contacted Teresa! This was all due to Teresa's tenacity, diligence and drive to get her clients the very best.

Not only is Teresa superb at what she does, but she's sincerely a good person. Down to earth, knowledgeable and her years of expertise shines through every time. You won't regret hiring Teresa!
