As we live in Florida, we were always talking by phone or emailing with Teresa about the house. Teresa was always very prompt in responding to my emails or calls when we had questions or concerns, and went the extra mile to help us keep the yard presentable. She even found us an appliance repair person to fix a leak for the refrigerator. The house sold, and the closing was a breeze. I would recommend Teresa Murray, for anyone trying to sell or buy a house or property. My experience could not have been better. Very prompt in responding & very professional!

I contacted a few brokers to purchase a vacation home in Franklin, Teresa was the first one to respond to me, I explained what I was looking for and she got on it right away, Teresa work very hard with me because I live in FL and would have to come up on weekends to look at the listings she had located for me. She worked mostly on Saturdays with me which was great for me, We looked at a lot of houses and put some offers in, we lost on a few of them but Teresa keep plugging away till we found the right home, Teresa found us a home that was above and beyond what we where looking for, and being it was a foreclosure made it very trying to purchase it, she stayed on it and we had our closing.
