Teresa Olson

Teresa Olson grew up in a local real estate family in the beautiful Land Park area of Sacramento. Teresa's mother, Sue Olson is a well-known and seasoned agent in the industry that specializes in Land Park. Sue has over 37 years of experience and works for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

After graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Clothing and Textile Design from San Francisco State University, Teresa pursued her passion and opened two successful clothing boutiques and clothing factory where her designs were made in SF. She curated her stores with her own line as well as other local designers and lines she found on her travels. Her creative and entrepreneurial endeavors in San Francisco for over 15 years in the retail and clothing manufacturing businesses helped expose her to many diverse types of business and working relationships. In 2012 Teresa moved back to Sacramento to raise her son in the same environment and neighborhood of Land Park where she grew up and has roots.

She is also a relocation specialist and has collaborated with many executive-level clients moving to and from the Bay Area.
