This is the second home we have successfully sold with Teresa. She is professional, honest and hard working, going above and beyond. With us living out of town we trusted Teresa to give her honest opinion as to what improvements needed to be done to get our townhouse sold. Teresa has a long list of reputable contractors that she deals with, quickly getting quotes to us to make a decision. Her communication with us was outstanding, taking whatever time was needed to answer our questions and explain things we didn't understand. She emailed weekly activity reports, text and made phone calls to us. We felt like we were her number one clients, she was never too busy for us. Teresa and her team go the extra mile staging our townhouse beautifully. She even planted flowers and watered to give that extra curb appeal. We worked with Cora Jones and Teresa (TRex) Rexing to find our new home,moving to Madison, AL, from Trussville. Cora did not have an easy task considering our unique requirements.

We were attracted to a particular house we because of its outstanding construction quality. However, it fell short of some of our real needs. Cora reviewed our requirement list with us which reminded of those most important. Both Cora and Teresa assured us that other houses of the same quality would become available. We were skeptical but confident in their expertise.

Finally, Cora showed us THE house that
met all our requirements and exceeded our expectations.

There were 2 other buyers that submitted offers at the same time. Cora and Teresa helped us navigate the stressful waters of negotiation, inspection, financing, and closing within our tight time schedule.

Thanks to Cora, we are very happy in our new home. The neighborhood is ideal, convenient to everything, and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming.

I have worked closely with Teresa on several homes she sold as the roofer taking care of something from an inspection. I can tell you, many realtors care about getting their clients to closing on time, but Teresa no doubt makes it a top priority. She takes a bump in the road like a Cadillac sedan. I have known Teresa for several years now. She is the most hardworking caring realtor! The first day I met her for lunch, she had invited my husband and me over for dinner! She just gives so much of her time and herself.
I am amazed at the way she can take a ordinary home and transform it into a showcase home with her staging abilities. I have seen her stage a home that has been on the market for months, even years, and sell it in a matter of DAYS!

Teresa T-Rex Rexing is the hardest working, most caring, most strategic and goal focused person I know! My husband and I needed a house ASAP, we are military and it was time to move. He had heard that a former Active Duty Soldier was now one hard working Realtor, so we gave her a call. Teresa answered while on an overnight flight home from Hawaii. She met us to look at a house four hours after landing mainland USA. In the next 42 hours we looked at 10 homes and when we found our forever home, Teresa gave us straight forward advice and an offer that was able to beat out 4 other offers. If you are selling a home, T-Rex stages homes as well. I was able to see her work! I am able to write this review from the comfort of my NEW amazing home!!
