Teresa Waters

Teresa is a native Atlantan and a resident of Vinings. She obtained her Bachelor of Business degree from Valdosta State University.

Prior to her career in real estate, Teresa spent 17 successful years in various aspects of the securities industry. It is this strong business background that has prepared her to bring to her clients a standard of service which will exceed their expectations. A special area of interest for her is helping busy families relocate; she is a Certified Relocation Specialist.

Teresa has a commitment to her community. She is a member of the Junior League of Atlanta, The Piedmont Hospital Auxiliary, and First Presbyterian Church. She travels annually to Brazil with her church for mission work. A lifelong animal lover, she supports the Cobb County Humane Society. She has been married for 27 years and she and her husband have seven dogs, two cats, five horses, and one mule.
