Terese Smith

Terese has lived in the North Austin area for 14 years owning homes in both the Round Rock and Liberty Hill areas. She has experience building my custom home acting as the general contractor for the project, which has given her a good idea of what good and bad practices and materials are for residential home construction. In addition, she has experience with both the Leander and Liberty Hill school systems along with experience with private schools in this area. She is fluent in Vietnamese and enjoy meeting people from every culture. She looks forward to helping you sell your current home or find a new dream home!

Terese is an excellent agent who is patient with each client and has good listening skills. It doesn't matter if a client is a first home buyer or investor. Acquiring a property is a stressful process, and Terese makes sure to explain the home purchasing process clearly and patiently.

Terese immigrated to the United States from Vietnam in 1993 and had the American Dream to someday own a home of her own. She understands what it means to achieve such a dream and has even helped to build her own dream home with her husband in Liberty Hill. After experiencing the home purchase process in her life, she knew she could do even better and decided to become a Real Estate agent so she could provide the type of service she has wanted for herself that she now provides to each client.


Helping clients find a dream home, with less stress, and with white-glove treatment is how Terese handles each client. Her clients appreciate her dedication and professionalism for each step of the buying process.

Terese is currently serving as the treasurer of the Asian Real Estate Association of America Austin Chapter. In her free time, she likes to do water coloring painting, read, or spend time with her family.
