Born and raised in Cheyenne, Teri provides a deep understanding of the Cheyenne community and real estate market combined with the negotiation, financial, and transactional skills necessary for the highest level real estate transactions. Teri has skillfully negotiated and closed hundreds of real estate transactions for her clients totaling nearly $100M. She earned the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) status in 2024 and she is one of only two women in Wyoming to hold this prestigious commercial designation.
Born and raised in Cheyenne, Teri holds a BA from Emory University (Atlanta, GA) and a JD from the University of Wyoming College of Law, where she served on the Wyoming Law Review and passed the bar in 2010. Teri practiced law in Cheyenne until real estate became her full-time passion.
