Teri Deane is an excellent Real Estate Agent. She provides the guidance and care needed with making an important decision, as in picking the right home to fit your circumstances. I am new to my area and to the home purchasing experience. Teri demonstrated remarkable patience for I required constant reminders and was not sure on which house to choose. In one instance, I want to see a house more than once. She will go far and beyond to meet your needs. At times she felt like a personal assistant with all of the service she provides. Teri Deane comes highly recommended, as far as I am concerned. You will not regret choosing Teri Dean to represent you in your house purchasing endeavor.

Wow. Where to start with Teri. My husband and I were very young first time home buyers. We bought in 2011 at ages 23 and 24. We had no plans on buying, and just kind of fell into it. The reason why I state these details is Teri was AMAZING and invaluable as a realtor. She absolutely has earned her reputation with first time buyers. She could have taken advantage of us, and done whatever but she totally guided us through the entire experience and would tell us if something wasn't fair, or if something was fair (whether we liked it or not) I trusted Teri so much that I took a back seat to the home buying and let her and my husband take the wheel. She found the perfect house for us. It was in amazing condition, an incredible backyard, a premium location and all for an extremely competitive price. Throughout the years my husband and I have gone back and forth about putting our home on the market, and she is always incredibly responsive and patient with us when we inevitably bail. I don't know when we are going to put the house up, but when we do we will absolutely ask Teri to help us again. I can not sing her praises enough.
