This comment is being written on behalf of Teri Denis, Broker, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. We listed our condo with Teri in anticipation of retiring to Phoenix, AZ, however, during the course of our listing agreement we decided that we did not want to sell our condo, but keep it as a second residence. We wanted to somehow convey to Teri and her future clients how much we appreciated all of her efforts while our condo was being marketed, so we are writing this comment. Teri assisted us with staging the condo and held open houses, along with a first class advertising promotion. She was very responsive to any calls we made, and always followed up with any agent who showed our condo to provide us with feedback. She was so professional, yet we felt as though she really cared about us and our situation. If we decide to sell our condo in the future we will be asking Teri to be our real estate agent.
