It was not an easy decision to sell our home of 20 years, especially with the market changing with the rising interest rates. Terra made the experience easy and we couldn’t be more pleased with her by our side during this process. She suggested a few updates that needed to be done before we listed and kept us focused with time and deadlines. With her ability to utilize social media platforms and networking with other realtors , she was able to get us under contract in one day and closing in 21 day’s! Easy to work with kind , compassionate and always working for us. Kept us updated on a weekly basis and answered any questions. First class all the way! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Terra is an absolute delight to work with! Terra walked us through the process of selling our home and made sure that we were set up for success through her suggestions on how to prepare our home for sale.

After the house was on the market, Terra communicated often as to what to expect from the number of showings to where our competition was. Once our house was under contract, she kept us up to date on all action items that were due by us and by the buyer, she did this through weekly emails and phone calls. This continued all the way through closing and made the process less stressful for us.

Terra is extremely professional and follows through on everything that she commits to. If you want a good experience with buying or selling your home, Terra's your person!!

Our Realtor, Terra Arzberger, was absolutely amazing. She made my husband and I feel comfortable right from the first moment we met with her. That we could trust her and we were in good hands. We only had a short amount of time to find a home, like 1-2 weeks. Terra was straight forward, so professional, focused, and on top of everything and us every step of the way. She’s not just making a sale, she cares. When we were going to look at one of the homes there was a scary situation with some police surrounding another house and the neighborhood looked a little concerning. Terra was so worried about our safety that she didn’t even want to show us the home for sale. We weren’t just clients and Terra wasn’t just our realtor, we were friends, and still are. I’ve had a few realtors over the years, but Terra is either my last one or the only one I’ll use from now on! I just love Terra, she’s such a good person, has a big heart, and it’s truly a shame for someone to have not had her cross their path, I Feel Blessed!!!
