Hot realestate market notwithstanding, Wayne managed all aspects of the sale process, coordinating every detail with the buyer and contractors to ensure that needed repairs were priced competitively and done properly. He is a strong, yet fair negotiator and genuniely cares about his clients. Having bought and sold a lot of houses over the last 50 years, I've never worked with a realtor with Wayne's knowledge and resourcefulness. My husband, Connor, and I loved working with Wayne! We owned a duplex in the south side of Oklahoma City, but we were moving across the country to Virginia. We decided we didn’t want the hassle of owning the property when we moved.

I reached out to Terra on Facebook, and she quickly got us connected with Wayne. They came to see the property, and despite my doubts, Wayne said he thought we could come out ahead. I was expecting to just break even.

When all was said and done, we made a profit on the house. We were so happy!

Terra did not hurry me or pressure me to purchase a home. She listened to the parameters I set for location (and then updated those when I expanded my search). When an issue arose with the closing company, she dealt with them directly, at my request, and got the problem resolved. She set up and attended tours, inspections, and walk-throughs and gave me good advice. And she did all of that during a pandemic. Above all, she is kind and honest. I love her.
