Terra was amazing! She showed us several houses we liked, and once we decided on one, she walked us through every single step and made sure we didn't miss a single deadline. I hope we don't have to move again soon, but when we eventually do, we will absolutely be going back to Terra

Terra is the lady you want on your side when looking for property. She is knowledgeable, engaging and very up front with details and facts. She was by my side when I was looking for my get-away cabin - a task I thought fruitless after hunting for 2.5 years. When THEE cabin came on the market it was way out of my price range. However we both went and toured and looked and looked and toured the cabin again. Met the owner and made an offer - not accepted. Terra never lost faith. The drama continued but I was never discouraged because Terra was very supportive. Long story short- I have my cabin and was able to (with help) negotiate an acceptable price for all. This is a serious go-to real estate professional that should be in your toolbox!

Terra made it fun to look for our forever home. Very knowledgeable, always a smile and peps of encouragement in her voice. She is fantastic! Terra was there for us when we encountered a few hiccups. She always made us feel that we were her number one priority; even though she was showing homes and taking care of other clients.

Excellent agent. She was available for three appointments, short-notice and on my time-line. Lets you view the houses at your pace without interruption, although knowledgeable for your inquires.
