It is funny how your life evolves! After graduating from Winthrop University (with a degree in social work) and spending many years fundraising for the American Red Cross, Terra Patterson decided to obtain her real estate license in 2011. This was by far the best professional decision she ever made. Going to work each day is a thrill because she gets to help people with one of the most important milestones in their lives.

She is licensed in both North and South Carolina, and her many years of experience allowed her to obtain the highest credential awarded to real estate brokers - Certified Residential Specialist. Whether she is helping you buy or sell, it is her mission to provide a concierge level of service every step of the way as you "Buy - Sell - Live."

In her spare time, she is a "novice foodie" and loves visiting local restaurants and music venues. Her entire family enjoys the outdoors, and they can often be seen hiking the Anne Springs Close Greenway. She lives in Tega Cay, SC with her husband Josh (a Fort Mill native) and their two children, Gray and Cate. They love being right by Lake Wylie and only a few miles from Charlotte and all it has to offer!
