About Terran

Terran Farris started her Real Estate Career in 2014 after purchasing her first home. Terran’s experience was less than what she thought it should be, and she wanted to make a difference. She had always been intrigued by anything to do with Real Estate. Terran felt this was the perfect time for me to make that career change since she’d had a new baby and wasn't happy in her former career in business.

In Terran’s first year, she was awarded the "Rookie of the Year" award, and "Honor Society" for being a Million Dollar producer under the Prudential brand. In 2017, she made the switch to Coldwell Banker, because Terran wanted to be a part of the #1 international brand and to expand her career once again. Terran received the "Sterling Society" award the following 2 years, and then the "Diamond Society" award in 2019 for being in the top 10% of sales in the entire Coldwell Banker franchise.

As a Gaston County native, Mother, Wife, and Community Advocate, Terran takes pride in her hometown, and the surrounding areas. Her #1 goal is to help the people of her community achieve their dreams of home ownership with exceptional service and a positive experience.
