Terrelle is incredibly knowledgeable about all thing’s real estate. My husband and I first met Terrelle at a first-time homebuyer’s workshop. From there we decided to choose him as our realtor when we were ready to make the plunge to search for our very first home. He is a true professional that goes above and beyond for his clients and gives them the facts of what is happening in the market and helps guide them to make the best decision. Our house is new construction and he successfully navigated us through the process. I would highly recommend Terrelle to anyone I know that is looking to buy or sell! We’ve been in our home for two weeks and absolutely love it. I cannot say thank you enough times!

Terrelle has been a pleasure to work with. The property was in a trust and my mom passed away in her home, so there were some challenges associated with the sale of the property. Contractors and other suppliers of services, especially in the present market, can be challenging to work with, there were issues with them; Terrelle helped to work through the difficulties. One star was lost only because while working with the other agent (this property was co-listed) there was not clear communication between the three of us initially. Terrelle exercised patience and diplomacy in working through this. He is responsive, personable, professional, considerate, knowledgeable of the market, fair-minded and a good listener. If you are looking for a realtor that is willing and able to accept challenges that might arise, Terrelle is one to seriously consider. I would definitely hire him again.

Where do I even start? Well, about a year ago I received an invite to a first time homebuyer workshop with Terrelle. This workshop was so informational that my spouse and I decided to get home owner ready. We followed the steps in the workshop and found ourselves ready to buy in March of the this year. We reached out to Terrelle once again and he was so happy to guide us through this process. He advised us on what kinds of offers were being accepted and how to put our best foot forward in this crazy market! When a house had too much going on and wouldn’t work for our program, he steered us in the right direction. Whenever we wanted to put in an offer, he was right on it and was constantly reaching out to the listing agent. In fact, after seeing so many listing it became a blur but he kept a clear head and reminded us about a house we saw the listing for yet never viewed in person. We walked in and knew it was for us. Terrelle helped us put in a competitive offer and boom we were in escrow! He walked us through all inspections and contingencies. He really made it a walk in the park. I am happy to report that I am painting walls in our very own home and it is thanks to Terrelle!

But to attempt to buy while navigating a new chapter in life (new state), in the midst of a world-wide pandemic the stakes were even higher than normal. It was such a tall order. My wife and I were searching for a new home under difficult circumstances (family illness, pandemic, out of state). We also had a difficult experience with a previous agent. Terrelle was accommodating and efficient; he learned what we were looking for and our price range, and helped us to find the perfect house for us. While we expected our search to last for 6 months at least, Terrelle helped us find a great home in less than half that time. We couldn't have moved forward without his help in organizing inspections, negotiations, and the walkthrough.

I have bought a house three times. Each experience being more comfortable than the previous. This was my first time being the seller of a property. Terrelle Keys or T. Now let me tell you all something , Ive known terrelle since I was a little kid when I seen him doing his thang with being a realtor and progressing really well with his business I told him from day 1 that I’d be choosing him to sell me my dream home . Best realtor in town! Even in this very competitive market he was able to get us into a house. Even when we thought we should just give up he told us no and took us to look at more house. Before our house was ready for sale, he had already lined up potential buyers. When we finally did list our house for sale, we already had a pool of potential buyers.
