Terrelle Smith-Bradford

Terrelle is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and still resides there today. She is a newlywed of three years with an amazing husband. She graduated from Liberty University where she obtained a Psychology Degree. She serves in several leadership roles within her local congregation. Real estate is a passion of hers and she decided to take a leap of faith after retirement from the beauty industry of more than 30 years. Even before becoming licensed, she had a love for real estate by educating herself on the market and the home-buying process. She obtained her license in 2020 and makes it her business to stay on top of the market trends for potential sellers. She is committed to servicing clients with integrity and the highest form of excellence. Terrelle has built outstanding relationships with various lenders, title companies, handymen, home inspectors, and many more individuals that are pertinent to the homebuying or the selling process.
