About Terrence

I bought my first house in 2013. It was on a really busy road in Ridglea North--Calmont Ave facing I-30. I lived there for a year and saved up money to purchase a second house in Ryan Place in February of 2014; I closed on Valentine's day. I suppose that's when my love for real estate really started to show! Instead of selling my first home I decided to keep it and rent it out. Over the years I've purchased more property. In addition to being an experienced landlord I'm also a real estate appraiser and agent/broker. I've appraised more than 4B in property ranging from multi-family of all sorts, to condos, to rural homes on acreage, to luxury homes in urban, suburban, and rural markets. I personally have lived in a various single family homes including a single family detached mid-century home in Tanglewood, a high rise condo on 7th Street, and a townhome in Arlington Heights so I'm familiar with the pros and cons of various offerings. Additionally, I'm a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and have experience valuing properties in DFW at and above the 10m+ mark.
