I bought my first house in 2013. It was on a really busy road in Ridglea North--Calmont Ave facing I-30. I lived there for a year and saved up money to purchase a second house in Ryan Place in February of 2014; I closed on Valentine's day. I suppose that's when my love for real estate really started to show! Instead of selling my first home I decided to keep it and rent it out. Over the years I've purchased more property. In addition to being an experienced landlord I'm also a real estate appraiser and agent/broker.
