Terrence has worked in real estate since 1970, shortly after finishing a tour of duty in Vietnam, he has owned his own real estate office, joined Weichert Realtors and was third in sales in the entire company in 1983, opened an office in Hamilton Township, NJ for Weichert Realtors, took a 4 year hiatus and joined the Peace Corps, serving 2 years in Botswana, Southern Africa as a construction advisor and then worked there for 1 year as a building inspector for an air force base being constructed, then a 2nd year as a project director for the construction of schools in remote villages for the Ministry of Education. Since 1993, upon returning worked at selling real estate and was voted one of the best real estate agents in Central Jersey in 2001 – a survey conducted by Courier News. He successfully managed and sold out three new home communities.
