Terri Collins has lived most of her life in the Benson community. She believes it is important to be involved and she has demonstrated it, from serving on church council, golf board, Community Education Board, Benson City Council and currently as the Mayor of Benson. Terri holds a true passion for making the community in which she lives- one to be proud of.

Terri recently retired from over 20 years as a Special Education teacher within the Benson School District. The training involved in Education and the daily interaction with people only increases the desire to make others feel welcome and belonging. She carries that through today in her new career as a Realtor. The ability to work with people and communicate thoroughly are an asset when helping make each house a home for the next buyer. Terri, along with her husband have flipped houses and transformed rental properties over the last ten years. Using those experiences, she is able to help sellers prepare to get their homes on the market.
