Terri Copeland

Born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama (aka the Rocket City). She completed her undergraduate degree with a double major in CIS and Business Administration and went on to do software programming for a financial institution in Atlanta.
After getting married and moving to the West End area of Atlanta, Terri became very active in the neighborhood association. She served in almost every leadership role and revitalized the West End Newsletter and made it available to every resident, regardless of them being active in the association or not. Her community activism lead to her running for the City Council District 4 Seat and selected be the AJC and local organizations as the best candidate with the best platform for the district.
Terri changed her course to real estate practicing both commercial and residential real estate in Atlanta, Georgia and practiced for 25 years. Terri has been recognized as a top producer in the SE region and has ranked locally and in her office many times during her career. She currently serves on several real estate boards for both residential and commercial real estate. Recently she has been named salesperson of the year for both 2021 an 2022 of the NAREB chapter Empire and was tapped to serve on the Inaugural Top 100 Producers Task Force for 2023 for NAREB’s national conference August 2023.
