We have sold another house Using Terry's services which turned out great, she was easy to work and professional..
This is our 2nd house through Terry.. Both houses sold within days of being on the market, they closed quickly, and reached more than our revenue targets ... She's very good about sending papers promptly to be signed and following up in case you don't.

We also bought a house using Terry which was a grest investment.. So nothing but good things to say about Terry and her services. I would recommend her as a relator.

All questions were always answered promptly. Terri guided us in the sale of our home and the purchase of another home. Terri always kept us in the loop as we progressed though both deals. She was very precise and professional when showing potential homes thereby helping us zero in on the home we purchased. Terri is a realtor unlike most who simply set and wait on/for large real estate transactions, she is constantly working to assure her clients are well taken care of.

My experience with Terri was very positive. Her willingness, encouragement and assistance, during a very unusual due diligence period, showed her strength  persistence progressing to a final close and recording. During my Covid-timed sell of my house, I faced some obstacles in a warranty issue and an appliance issue. In resolving these, closing was delayed due to scheduling services with vendors,  waiting for parts and me (homeowner) living out of town.Those issues almost derailed the contract with so many people involved in a short period of time that had to get things done in order to close.
Terri was instrumental in seeking out alternatives to ensure quick resolution. The contract closing and recording was finally achieved. Thank you Terri for being flexible in your schedule to accommodate my needs being out of town and trying to sell a vacant home. The unforeseen, needed repairs,  which arose during the due-diligence period, caused much stress in the process. Terri was great!
