Terri Griner

Terri Griner's dad purchased one of the first lots available on Lake Oconee and she has spent every weekend and summer on the lake since she was a little girl in the 80s. Her husband and she started bringing their boys here when they were only 2 weeks old and have continued that tradition for over 18 years. Terri thinks it's safe to say that their kids love it as much as they do. They now live full-time in Reynolds at Great Waters.

Terri grew up in the real estate industry. Her parents were custom home builders in the Atlanta area. She chose a different path and worked in corporate sales for over 20 years. Her passion for real estate was reignited when she moved to the lake permanently and Terri started trying to help others find their dream home on Lake Oconee.

Her knowledge of Lake Oconee is unsurpassed. She constantly keeps up-to-date with the market and available inventory. Whether you are buying or selling, Terri can quickly assess properties and get you the very best price possible.

Her nickname is "Tiger," a name born from Terri's negotiating skills and pure persistence.
