Terri Hollenbeck

Terri Hollenbeck is the Owner and Broker of Crossroads Real Estate & Auction, LLC. With nearly two decades of experience, she is ideally suited to lead the Crossroads team and help the agents and clients navigate every sort of real estate situation. Terri loves meeting new people; if she walks into a room full of strangers, she walks out of it with a whole bunch of new friends. Because she is truly interested in people and helping them achieve their goals real estate is a perfect fit, a fact demonstrated by her many successful transactions and a long list of happy clients. Add to that a savvy sense of business and excellent negotiating skills, it is no wonder that Crossroads Real Estate & Auction is one of the premier real estate agencies in the Flint Hills!

Born and raised in the area, Terri and her husband Bill now live between Wamego and Manhattan where they raise a flock of hair sheep. Their homestead also includes a couple of pet highlander cows, chickens, cats, and a dog. Terri enjoys fishing, gardening, and spending time with their four grown children and three grandchildren, (soon to be four grandchildren!) She also volunteers at many levels and is currently serving as the 2022 Flint Hills Association of Realtors which covers eight counties and has over 425 members.

Terri considers it a privilege to work with clients as they make the monumental decision to buy and sell real property. She understands that whether a client is upsizing, downsizing, investing, or moving for any reason they are at an important crossroads in their life.
