Terri was outstanding in assisting us in buying our new home in Gold Canyon. She was communicative, a great listener (my husband and I had different priorities) and such a trooper checking out homes that were sometimes in sub par neighborhoods (not GC). Although I don't recommend buying a home sight unseen as we did, Terri and the FaceTime walkthroughs made it a positive experience and our purchase could not suit us better (and in a lovely neighborhood). I can not speak highly enough of Terri regarding her professionalism and delightful warm personality. She will work hard to assist you in buying or selling a home.
