Terri E. Labrie obtained her real estate license since 2007 when she began investing in real estate. Her primary focus throughout her career has been residential investments, working for herself and other investors.  She is highly experienced with distressed properties whether they may be in foreclosure, have code liens, fire damaged or any other situation that requires creative means of sale. She has an extensive list of cash buyers ready to buy and close within weeks. Investors using her services can rest assured she speaks their language and is experienced with land trusts, owner financing, ROI, ARV, MAO, cap rate and cash-flow.

Terri also works with traditional sellers and buyers. Terri was born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL.  She lived on the Space Coast for many years but eventually re-located to her beloved hometown where she enjoys all outdoor activities that come with living on the Suncoast.   She has a B.A. in Legal Studies and worked as a paralegal prior to her career in real estate.  Her prior legal experience has been a tremendous asset to her real estate career.
