I was licensed in 1999 in Phoenix, AZ. I moved to Georgia in 2004 to continue my career in Real Estate. I launched a boutique real estate brokerage, serving the Southern Crescent, in 2009. I was the founder and owner of NUWAY Realty for 11 years. Sold the company in 2020 so I can concentrate on helping my clients achieve all their Real Estate goals while still working for NUWAY as the Associate Broker. As first time home buyers we decided to go with Terri because of her excellent reviews and history in the Newnan area and we weren't disappointed! She took the time to learn what we were looking for and new provided properties every week for us so we could stay on top of the competitive market. Just a few months after starting our house search, we managed to close on a great house, all because Terri was willing to let us check out the property despite it being already being under contract. She saw how much we liked it and convinced us to make backup offer in case it fell through. She was constantly on top of helping us deal with the entire process including getting the seller to drop back down to their original asking price when our mortgage company wouldn't budge on the appraisal assessment! Even after closing she's there to help with any questions we have.
