She was able to successfully guide my husband and I through the sale of our home in Charlotte NC with seamless precision and in record time (under 60 days). Terri’s high level of expertise, integrity and kindness was always at our disposal. We however, have one regret and that is we don’t currently have another property to sell and we plan on purchasing outside of the Charlotte metropolis 🥲. I was in a tight scrunch, stressed out and confused. Another person referred her to me. But skeptical as always.... about a female and our own people handling business to the top notch. I am a first time homeowner at the age of 52. Why so late? I never thought I could own my own home until I met Terri Young.
