This Queen will forever be my go to for Real Estate. She's a bulldog at what she does (I mean that in the most respectful way)! She was extremely thorough and did so much behind the scene. She gave me anxiety because I'm one of those people that want to know everything right then and there! Finding a home was very overwhelming, I doubted myself so much. Terrica is amazing. When she says financial family member, even in the real estate aspect, she means it. And she treats you as FAMILY! As if your business is her business and if you succeed, it is her success as well. She is always a phone call or a text away. Always professional and ready to handle any situation that occurs. Regular business hours don’t seem to exist with Terrica because whenever I called or had an issue, she was on top of it pronto! She is there every stop of the way, even after closing.
