I met Terry Ayres during an extremely difficult time in my life and I can honestly say that she did more than just find me a home – she was instrumental in helping me start my new life. Terry greatest strength (among many) is that she is laser focused on her clients’ needs and abilities. In my case, as a single mom, I had a laundry list of things that I needed in a new home: location, taxes, affordability, size, turn-key utilities and appliances, etc. Early on in the process, Terry took the time to go through my wish list and only showed me homes that fell within the parameters of my search. She didn’t waste my time with homes that didn’t fit my needs or that I couldn’t afford. She also reminded me of my own priorities when we were looking at homes so that I stayed within the parameters that I had set for myself. Terry was also giving and flexible with her time. Terry was completely honest from her initial interview to the closing of the sale and did everything she said she would do as a realtor and in the process became a friend. I had interviewed three realtors before deciding on Terry and believe me when I say she definitely was not the one who came in with the highest asking price, actually she came in with the lowest but as it turned out she knew exactly what she was talking about and I’m glad I went with my gut. Ours was not an easy deal – As I was traveling cross country to my new home Terry was handling the closing from hell.
