Terry Baum

Terry is a Brooklyn native and a long-time Park Slope resident. Active throughout the borough, she can be seen biking from Clinton Hill and Crown Heights to Fort Greene and DUMBO. Her real estate reach extends to eastern Long Island beach communities such as Sag Harbor and Montauk. Terry came to real estate through her own home buying experience. What sets her apart is her analytical skills and dedication to her clients who rely on her extensive knowledge about the local market, attentiveness, resourcefulness and ability to see the larger picture.

The key to successful transactions begins with her insightful and thorough analysis, where she is often one step ahead of prevailing views. Terry draws on her BA from Barnard College, MBA in finance from New York University, her work as a Wall Street financial analyst, and her many years in real estate supporting her clients.
