I rate Terry 10/10, Excellent. He went beyond my expectations. Terry was not my first agent but I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with him. The whole process was a great experience for me. He was very particular in every details for his customer's sake. Always accommodating and goes beyond his role then and even after closing the property. I enjoyed living at my new house since February, there was some issues here and there yet Terry decided to extend his help for me. What a great person!!! Thank you so much Terry.

We have known Terry personally and professionally for more than 10 years. He is an extremely hard-working individual who is conscientious, consistently goes above and beyond expectations and prides himself with his knowledge, skills, integrity, and his desire and ability to overdeliver for his clients. As a realtor, Terry represented us in the sale of our condominium.
