About Terry

I was born in the beautiful Island of St. Michael Azores. At a very young age my family made the move to America in search of the American dream. Settling in Taunton MA where I lived for 45 years, marrying my high school sweetheart and having 2 sons.

I earned a degree in business management and worked as a Retail Store Manager for 5 years before pursuing a career in Human Resources Management working for over 20 years for both privately owned companies and for the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Boston MA.

After vacationing in Myrtle Beach for many years, my family and I decided to make our own American dream come true and moved to South Carolina. Eleven months later we purchased our own home right here in Myrtle Beach.
