Terry Johnson

Terry was raised in Sheboygan, WI before he moved to Rochester in 1974. He graduated from UW Madison with a BBA in Real Estate. He is surrounded by his family of one brother, two sisters, two children, and six grandchildren.

Terry has sold real estate for about thirty years; additionally, he worked as a mortgage lender for a number of years. Today, he owns a home building business and land development company.

He is a strong believer in owning real estate for both a homestead and investments. According to Terry, everyone should own as much real estate as possible!

Terry spends his days playing pickleball, biking, golfing, waterskiing, and boating.
