I’ve bought and sold a number of houses in my life. I wish that I could have had this real estate team on all of those contracts. Their advice on every aspect of this sale from preparation to closing was superior. Their knowledge of the market, their patience and their availability to answer any and all of my concerns made this process much easier than I had expected. The result of their efforts was to sale the house in less than a week for over $20,000 above my asking price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Terry is an angel! After my father passed away, the family needed to sell his house. Terry was incredibly kind to my father's widow and beyond helpful in sorting out all the things that needed done for the estate to move forward. 100% recommend Terry! He handled the estate's heirs' differing opinions with grace and patience and provided all the information needed to for everyone involved to be satisfied with the end result. Add in the sale happening during the start of a global pandemic and a major economy crash and Terry still managed to get the house sold in a reasonable time and well over the "bottom line". His cheerful, "how can I help" attitude was a major plus during the experience and there was never any doubt "Lets ask Terry" would result in any issue being handled promptly and well.
