Terry Patterson

Terry Patterson joined the Treystar family in 1987, providing expertise as an associate broker in sales and marketing of single-family homes and condominiums within the Woodbridge Hills planned-unit development in Portage.

As Treystar grew with acquisitions and additions of commercial properties, Terry transitioned to the commercial arena in 1992. Today, he continues to lead the retail leasing, development and acquisition segments of the Treystar portfolio.

Along with supporting a number of local organizations, Terry serves as president of the Portage Downtown Development Authority (DDA), member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and committee member of the Michigan Idea Exchange (MIDEX). He is past president of the Portage Athletic Foundation.

A Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and licensed broker in the state of Michigan, Terry earned an associate’s degree from Kalamazoo Valley Community College and a Bachelor of Science from West Chester University in Pennsylvania.
