Terry Sharp

Terry M. Sharp is a principal in TMS Realty, Inc., an Atlanta-based full-service commercial real estate firm. Mr. Sharp founded TMS in 1993, and since that time he has been involved in real estate brokerage and consulting throughout the southeastern United States. His primary focus has been commercial real estate in the states of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Mr. Sharp, who attended the University of Tennessee, is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Georgia. Mr. Sharp has been engaged in a multitude of commercial real estate transactions, specializing in retail shopping centers, and representing over $400 million in value. As part of his services, Mr. Sharp regularly consults with real estate professionals, including attorneys, engineers, architects, surveyors, general contractors, and subcontractors, in all facets of commercial real estate acquisition, development, and disposition.
