About Terry
Terry Crystal Smith originally from Statesville, North Carolina started visiting friends in Sarasota in 1991. , shortly after that they bought a Condo there in 1993. Terry was in the Office Equipment and furniture business in North Carolina for 32 years. He also enjoyed developing and building commercial property in North Carolina. He is in the process of completing his first building project in Cape Haze. He has 32 years of sales experience and hopes to expand that experience to interested buyers that hopefully will love this beautiful area as much as he does.
