Terry did a great job in selling our home. We ended up getting about 10k more than what we advertised for. He set up professional photos, sign posts, made sure he followed our HOA rules and we were able to accept an offer about 5 days after advertising for sale. This was my wife's first time selling so she had a lot of questions and he was very helpful and patient with us through the whole process. Even after closing was done, some confusions came up and he was still willing to communicate with the appropriate channels for us so we were worry free. Especially after seeing how our realtor was for buying our next home, I would definitely recommend Terry.

Terry by far has been my favorite real estate agent to work with. To start, he’s extremely professional, knowledgeable in the industry, and a great communicator. We were in the market to buy a second home for our growing family. We bought at a time when the market wasn’t the greatest, but he always made my husband and I feel comfortable with the decisions we made. Whether that was waiting it out or continuing to look at homes. Nonetheless, he was patient and never rushed us. There was a point in time where I almost wanted to give up, but he would remind us of why we began this process to begin with (to build family wealth), and it quickly turned things around. No matter what time we were sending him homes, he was always responsive and was quick to get us on his calendar, if not same day, within the next few days. I've personally dealt with a decent number of real estate agents to date, and I have to say, the combination of Terry's work ethic, dedication, involvement, and overall professionalism is unmatched. These traits combined with is knowledge and skill within the industry, at this point, I can honestly say even the better agents I've dealt with pale in comparison. My deal had a few characteristics that were a bit complex, Terry assisted me in comfortably navigating what could otherwise have been a headache. We landed the home of our dream and thankful for Terry dedication and hard work. We had so issue with the lending process but with his help we were able to figure out with the lender and closed the house. There were some delays due to COVID 19 but Terry continued to update us about the progress of our buy until we had completion. Terry found us a great deal in this hot market. Terry's quick response time, friendly professionalism, knowledge of the market, and home buying process made him stand out from the clutter. He was able to get us to close in under 30 days. That's not to say that there weren't bumps in the road. We had some rather large potholes to maneuver around regarding our timing, tax underwriting on the property, and our financing, and not to mention getting our deal accepted in this seller's market. Always leading the way, he was persistent in presenting our wishes to the other party and ultimately getting the deal done with every party coming out winning. I need to give major kudos to Terry for his execution on selling our home. Our home has a unique access path that makes it only attract a certain set of buyers. He knew what we need to price our home to put it on the market. He’s knowledgeable and he's a master of negotiation. He also knew different techniques to deal with the buyers. We had to deal with multiple offers and backup offers because of how well he positioned us. He was in constant communication with us day in and night out. His responses were always prompt, direct, and clear as well as all the documentation from him. The biggest win he did for us was when a situation came out during one of the showing and he dealt with it directly for us and able to navigate through. I would highly recommend Terry to new or experienced homeowners. Terry will take care of you and your family because he get things done.

Additional to my previous review - This experience relates to the buying portion of the home buying experience. We saw this beautiful home situated up North and beginning to envision our future with it. However, we had to set up a contingent offer before we can outright purchase the home. Being a contingent offer makes buying and the whole transaction a bit complicated. Setting up timing, logistics, and negotiations between 3 parties, agents, buyers, seller, lenders, and title companies was not an easy task. Terry helped us navigate through all the hard spots and we came out of it with our “new” beautiful home. He was able to set us up with a good offer to bid on the house as well as other asks that we have. He helped us to got what we want and more. Again, Terry is the right person for the right job and we can’t recommend him enough.

I highly recommend Terry Vo for any of your real estate needs. He is very knowledgeable and would provide information as needed. He would answer/return calls, or text immediately no matter the time of day.

Terry's main goal was to find a house that fit our family needs. He provided us with houses on the open market daily or every other day through email. His research were thorough as we were provided plenty information for each house we visited.

We found a home we wanted in a residential neighborhood. There were two homes for sell in that neighborhood and we were debating on negotiating a lower price. However, Terry informed us that the price was already great and the chances of negotiating a lower price would be a great risk. We decided to put an offer at asking price that day. His intuition prove to be correct as the 2nd house on the block had a pending offer a day after our offer was accepted. I just want to let everyone in the King county and surrounding area of what a great experience my wife and I had working with Terry Vo with John L. Scott on the sale of my one-bedroom condo in the city of Renton, WA.
Watching one of my coworker’s experience of looking for a house to purchase made me ask who he was working with. He said Terry Vo. After he completed the purchase of a house, I asked him if he could check with Terry as I would like to use him to help sell my condo.
Terry reached out to me through a phone call to start with. The first talk on the phone lasted over an hour with Terry asking all the right questions and getting the information needed to put a plan together.
During our first face to face visit we sat, and he showed me a proposal on how we would go about placing my condo on the market.
We first talked my asking price. He then shared the asking prices of comparable condo's in the area and what a realistic asking price should be. At which time we come up with a price that I could get what I needed and a price that would help the condo to sell quickly.
Then he surprised me and asked what else he could do to help me prepare for getting my condo ready for viewing.
Well I still had to keep working and need to clear 95% of my belonging out of the condo. I needed to ship things a cross country. He said not a problem. He could check with companies he had worked with and help me set up a move. After getting past the move he continued to help me understand what it means to declutter your residence for viewing.
1 month later my condo was ready for the photographer to come in and take the need photos.
Terry made himself available by phone, e-mail and even stopping by my condo just to check and see if I had any needs. While also working with me and my condo association to get all the needed paperwork the buyer would need.
The first day of August my condo was placed on the market. Within 3 days my wife and I received a call that we had an interest buyer. Once we found out our asking price had been met. The closing began.
From the beginning of this long process to the final day of signing the closing papers and having the purchase funding deposited into my account. For me all the things and dates on my calendar were met.
I cannot say enough times how Terry helped make this all possible and he even took time to take me to lunch for my birthday.
