Terry Wilkowski

As a seasoned residential real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in the Chicago Suburban market, there isn't much Terry hasn't seen. In addition to assisting hundreds of families buy and sell homes over the years, he has extensive experience with acquiring residential investment properties, foreclosure and short sale transactions, working with home builders and residential developers, and identifying parcels for future home sites.

After starting on the ground floor as a sales associate, Terry quickly moved up the ranks. He spent 18 years filling different management roles for some of the most prominent real estate offices and companies in Chicagoland where he hired, trained, coached and mentored many of the producing agents in the marketplace today. He always emphasized providing the client with a higher standard of real estate services.

Terry now uses that expertise, experience, and network to personally provide residential real estate clients with advice and service that is difficult to find elsewhere. He understands that reputation is built one transaction and relationship at a time.
