OMG! Tesharra is one of the best to ever do it! My experience with Tesharra as a Realtor was amazing. I could not have asked for a better experience. Tesharra was soooo patient with me. I reached out to her in 2020 and she was so kind and encouraging. She put me in touch with resources needed to get myself in a strong position to purchase a home. Tesharra was diligent to follow up with me, checking on my progress. She also kept me abreast of what was going on in the market. The best thing was that she educated me on the whole homebuying experience. She invited me to follow her on her YouTube page "Moving to Marietta" for inspiration as well she developed web based and live virtual trainings which were super fun, engaging and really equipped me to position myself for homeownership. By the time we found the perfect home, the process was smooth sailing through to Closing. I owe that all to Tesharra's brilliance in coaching and setting her clients up for success. It was not a rush job at all. Tesharra is really personable. She makes herself part of the family so I felt comfortable to share my fears about home ownership and she assured me that homeownership was a blessing not a curse. She even included my mom's input as we would be putting 3 generations under one roof! She was patient with us and responsive to our needs. Tesharra is the best! She was with there from day 1 when I had no clue as to what I was doing. She is so nice and easy going because I know at one point I had her looking all over the place; we went from one side of Atlanta to the next and from existing houses to new builds! She still showed up every time excited and eager to help! The final decision was made to go with new construction and she made every step of the process easy to follow and understand. If you’re looking for an agent that pushes the issue then Tesharra Alexander is the onlychoice in my opinion!
We are finally in our property and unpacking boxes today because of this Agent. She came highly recommended when we were running out of options. After 2 months of us searching, it literally took her just one dang phone call to push the issue with fellow agents in Atlanta to secure the property.
She gave us words of encouragement and the right vocabulary to use, to keep the lines of communication open. Atlanta real estate moves quickly you’ll get lost in the shuffle of endless applications, you can loose a lot of money just searching.
