Tess Cullen

Tess Cullen has been immersed in the real estate business for the past 15 years. She acted as Rick Chozick's real estate assistant and office manager for six years. While assisting Mr. Chozick, Tess was directly involved with all aspects of the real estate business prior to moving into the brokerage sales field as an agent. Her extensive experience at the highest level of real estate analysis, marketing and transactions with a wide array of properties and major clients translates into her ability to advise her own clients in the sales process with efficiency and expertise.
