Tess Johnson

I represent Central New York’s homeowners and future homeowners, specializing in the towns of New Hartford, Whitesboro, Clinton, New York Mills, Marcy, and Holland Patent. My creative, enthusiastic, and caring nature helps me match each client’s needs while highlighting a home’s unique presence and character.

I was raised in New Hartford and understand the many intangible benefits of life in the Mohawk Valley—its seasons, food, and culture are truly unmatched. I began my professional journey in 2013 as a real estate stager while studying interior design in Syracuse. In 2016, I launched TJ Interiors to offer staging services in Oneida County. The final piece of the puzzle was getting my New York State Real Estate Salesperson license. Since 2017, I’ve been a full-time real estate salesperson, offering design support to both my clients and fellow associates. In 2023, I became a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker.

I'm an active member of the Utica Chamber of Commerce, The Catalyst Group (Young Professionals with UCC), BNI (Business Networking International), the Steering Committee, and the Polish Community Club. My lifelong ties to the area and strong local network help me stay energized and dedicated—leading to happy clients and valuable referrals.
