A native Washingtonian, Tessa Morris brings more than 20 years of residential sales experience to her clients, following her transition from a successful corporate career as a lobbyist for the Natl. Assoc. of Realtors and Freddie Mac in mortgage finance. Successfully negotiating with members of Congress, the White House and Regulatory Agencies, Tessa brings a unique blend of marketing, negotiating and financial skills to handle the needs of her most sophisticated clients.

Licensed in DC, MD, and VA, Mrs. Morris has been a perennial top producer in sales and is in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide. Her success is attributed to an unwavering commitment to provide each client with the most professional and exceptional service possible. She resides in NW Washington with her husband, an attorney with a local law firm, and where she raised her son, who recently graduated from Stanford where he played tennis.
