Thad Clendenen

Thad is a Marine Corps Veteran and has lived in the Community of Ramona for 14 years. He believes in the team concept when representing client needs in this new age of real estate, as it allows for a higher level of engagement and efficiency for the client. Thad is a Past-President of the Ramona Chamber of Commerce where he served two terms representing the business community of Ramona. He additionally served as President of the Ramona Rotary Club and served as a Director on the Ramona Real Estate Association Board. Thad has a passion for service and believes strongly in helping his community. He served as a past Director on the Board for Cornerstone Therapeutic Riding Center as well.

He was the recipient of the "Best of Ramona" Award for Real Estate Agent in 2009 by the Ramona Sentinel. Thad is familiar with all aspect of the real estate transaction and has a consistent background in corporate management as well that gives him considerable strength in negotiations as well. Along with buying and selling, he is currently Regional Manager of Century 21 Award offices in Southern California. He and the team have sold homes all over San Diego County and take the responsibility of representing clients extremely seriously. Thad believes the value of a full-service real estate agent in today's market is more important than ever.
