Felicia’s success as a realtor stems from her background. As a lifelong Colorado resident, she is lived in Denver, Boulder and Golden as well as the mountains, including Leadville, Frisco, and Steamboat. She intricately knows and loves the state she is always called home. Professionally, she is excelled in multiple positions not only in real estate but also the insurance industry. Plus, she is passionate about giving back to her community, as evidenced by her various volunteer activities. Felicia is a thoughtful contributor in the Colorado real estate community through her professional and civic leadership.

Prior to her real estate experience, Felicia worked in property and casualty insurance. As a top producer and business owner, she was recruited by Oakwood Homes – Colorado’s industry-leading privately held home builder – to launch the company’s regional insurance division. In this role, she served on the company’s senior leadership team. She built relationships with executives in Colorado’s production home building network and developed a deep knowledge of the homebuilding industry.

Through this experience, she realized that real estate was her passion – she loved working face-to-face with such a diverse group of people. Armed with skills in negotiating, customer service, sales, and marketing, she launched her real estate career.

In addition to her work as a Realtor, she is an owner of her family’s real estate investment company. As experienced investors, their business boasts a healthy real estate portfolio.

Felicia serves on her Denver neighborhood board of directors (Sunnyside United Neighbors); as a parent representative on her local school district’s steering committee (Denver Public Schools Collaborative Schools Committee); and on the board of directors for a movement designed to assist Latina women (Adelante Mujer). In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, including her son and husband.
