Jewell and Kristi Knight are truly the dynamic duo! They both are very knowledgeable, personable and thorough at what they do. We (my husband and I) were trying to purchase a home in South Carolina while still living in California. Finding the right home, going through the entire buying process, getting financed, etc. are usually already quite challenging but doing these things from far away proved even more difficult. It didn't help that I was even out of the country for six weeks during this time. Jewell especially, went out of her way to walk us through the whole thing and spoke to my husband multiple times--sometimes beyond the normal business hours--to reassure him that we were on the right track. We both felt that our needs were being well taken care of and our opinions mattered as we expressed our desires in our endeavor to find our dream home in South Carolina. We have no doubt that the Knight Team will do the same for all their prospective clients and we wish them well in all their future real estate dealings. Jewell and Kristi were amazing to work with. We moved from Missouri to the beach and she found us a place quickly. Only six months later, when we had to move due to an illness, she made the process smooth and painless. We felt their primary goal was to help us, not just to move houses. Jewell and Kristi are wonderful to work with. As my seller's agent, they've made a tremendous effort to get the house ready (shinning indeed), explained to us every step of the selling process, and worked effectively with all involving parties including HOA, contractors and even insurance company.

Moving East....I was challenged with attempting to find a new home in Myrtle Beach, SC while still living in Santa Monica, CA (mind you I'd never been to Myrtle Beach before)....It was a daunting and scary endeavor that without a doubt, I couldn't have accomplished without Jewell & Kristi Knight. They know the region and are simply THE BEST!!!
Before finding 'The Knights" I'd worked with a few other realtors and wasn't at all happy with the effort and amount of attention I was receiving. Then I found the Knight Team. With the Knight Team not only did I get not just 1 realtor, but 2 highly skilled professional realtors! Both wonderful at communicating which was a necessity given the distance across the country and difficulty of navigating the tricky MB market. They were/are on top of all things..I'm talking soup to nuts. From the smallest details 'crossing the T's and dotting the I's' on contracts, to saving me literally $1,000s of dollars on the closing and inspection.
Because I was purchasing a home from the West Coast more than once I leaned on their shoulders. They were and still are my rock. Truly remarkable lovely ladies whom I'm so happy now call friends. If the Knight team agrees to work with you...You are the lucky one! I couldn't be more happy with the Knights and my new home.

When we moved to the area and began looking at houses we had to put our phone number in to look at listings. We immediately began to receive calls from agents. My wife asked each agent to give us time to look at the area and decide where we want to live. We were not ready, but we would be ready to buy in the fall. Jewell and Kristi were the only ones who listened. When we were ready, my wife called and they immediately went to work. They worked their tails off to find what we wanted, make everything happen, and get us the quick closing we wanted. We could not have asked for a better team. We will definitely be using the Knight team again. They now feel like family!

Words can not describe the gratitude we have for this team. These wonderful ladies gave us a peace of mind for any question or situation that arose during our selling/building transition.

They helped us find a realtor that was local to us. In this process they interviewed the right candidate that would be successful on selling our home. Our home sold in a matter of hours.

Then came the building process. This was a very long process. They were there to be in our corner to support us with finding answers to any of our questions. They worked diligently to find solutions to any problem that occurred. Living in a different state (at the start of build), this helped us tremendously.

Jewell and Kristi, ‘The Knight Team’ are the best professionals I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. We are Atlanta based investors with real estate in SC, FL and GA. Jewell and Kristi came highly recommended from a SC contact and I’m glad I made the call. They sold two of our units in a beach front hotel but what has separated them from others is that they have a far-reaching network and have sourced RE agents (residential and commercial) in FL and GA for me. The three agents they have sourced have been top notch and this did not happen by coincidence, it happened following diligent research by Jewell and Kristi. It goes without saying, their advice is sound, their knowledge is extensive, and their communication is extremely prompt, often a bug bear with others but not here. In summary, if you have a RE interest in SC and you don’t call you are doing yourself a disservice.

I have had a lot of dealings with realtors lately and Jewell and Kristi Knight are truly the best! they work together as a team and always look out for their client. Through all the little and big issues, they handled every situation with kindness and professionalism. They run a tight ship and are always ready and willing to help out anyway they can. I have used Jewell and Kristi on 2 occasions once in 2014 and just recently in December of 2020. The first time was a just a random pick from realtor.com on a condo I purchased. My lender asked how I got connected to the best realtor in South Carolina by gosh was he 100% right. From the moment I spoke with them they kept me informed regularly on any and everything I needed to do they even did the finalwalk through for me since I live out of state. Now to the most recent purchase. I contacted them immediately without hesitation but in this purchase it was totally bought site unseen due to living in Pennsylvania. Jewell immediately took time out of her schedule to do a walk through via FaceTime she pointed out any smallest detail to even negotiating furniture into the offer. She also then turned around and sold my condo immediately. Folks I'm telling you there is no better team in South Carolina OR Pennsylvania. Trust trust and trust is all you need to do with this team. So choose the Knight team.... and sit back and relax..... they have ALL your interests, money, and new home in mind and your worries will be non existing. Thanks Jewell and Kristi.
