We met Sharon by chance at an open house, and worked with her for about 6 months while searching for our first home. As first time home buyers, we were clueless... and Sharon was extremely helpful in guiding us through the world of open houses, offers, counter-offers, etc. She was so easy to work with, was always available, and had great advice when we needed it. Even after we found the house of our dreams and had an offer accepted, we had a lot of challenges with the sellers in setting closing dates, having inspections, etc. Sharon was right beside us the whole way. Our closing weekend was a disaster - the mortgage company was not able to secure the funds in time for our 3pm closing on Friday afternoon... which we learned with only a few hours notice. We had to vacate our apartment and were homeless for the weekend - and Sharon was our guardian angel. She helped us secure a large rental truck to fit all of our stuff so we could get it all out of the apartment in time. When we woke up on Monday (our new closing day) in a blizzard, she was in touch all day with status updates on our impending closing. When we finally had confirmation that we had closed (at the last minute!) we began moving into our home. No less than 30 minutes later a delivery of pizza and soda arrived for all of our friends amd family who were helping us move in - courtesy of Sharon. You won't find another relator out there who will devote the time and energy and caring that Sharon does to her clients. Our purchase was not an easy one with all the challenges that we had, and she stuck by us through the whole process. I would refer her to anyone, and if we ever do decide to sell and move elsewhere, Sharon is the only relator we'd consider! -kelly8579

I think Sharon is one of the best around. She has this calmness about her, when we all know selling and or buying a house can stress you right out. Always thought positive and had my house sold in 2 weeks and my new house bought the same week. She is knowledgeable in all these areas of selling/buying, that if you do not move frequently (as me and my family have only moved once) she taught you valuable information in selling and buying you just were not aware of. It has been 6yrs since she got me and my family into my beautiful home in Pembroke and she is a great friend. She has a great, warm, approachable smile and way about her that makes it her easy to talk to..confide in..and TRUST. I recommend her to anyone that is looking or selling. She gets the job done. Gets it done right, and Im so happy i found her. -kellykellye
