About Thea
For me, real estate has never been just about houses. It is about people, seasons of life, big decisions, fresh starts, answered prayers, and helping families move forward with clarity and confidence.
I have held my Georgia real estate license since 2004, first using it to sell my own home, purchase investment property, and help friends and family navigate their home buying and selling needs. Over time, what began as a practical tool became a true calling. I realized how much I loved helping people understand their options, make wise decisions, and feel cared for through one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives.
My knowledge of North Georgia is deeply personal. I lived in Gwinnett County for 32 years, owned a home on Lake Lanier for 8 years, spent time living in Fulton County, and now call Athens, Georgia home—home of UGA and the Georgia Bulldogs. Go Dawgs! Having lived, worked, invested, and raised a family across these communities, I bring both market knowledge and real-life perspective to the clients I serve throughout Metro Atlanta, North Georgia, Lake Lanier, and the Athens area.
As a wife, mom to three amazing boys, and blessed with wonderful bonus daughters, I understand that home is so much more than square footage and a front door. Home is where families grow, gather, celebrate, recover, dream, and build their future. That belief is at the heart of how I serve my clients.
Before fully embracing real estate as my main focus, I owned and managed several businesses, which gave me valuable experience in leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, systems, marketing, and client care. Today, I use that experience to create a real estate process that feels thoughtful, organized, meaningful, and as effortless as possible for the people I serve.
My heart is to empower buyers, sellers, and investors to make informed decisions that support their goals and protect their future. Whether someone is buying their first home, selling a longtime family home, investing near a college campus, downsizing, relocating, or searching for a multi-generational property, I believe every client deserves honest guidance, clear communication, and a steady advocate by their side.
My approach is educational, hands-on, and heart-led. Real estate can feel overwhelming, but it does not have to feel confusing. I work hard to explain the process, anticipate obstacles, create smart strategies, and help my clients move from uncertainty to confidence.
Beyond serving clients, I also have a passion for coaching, teaching, and pouring into others. I believe we are called to use our gifts and experience to serve well, and real estate has given me a beautiful opportunity to do just that.
At the center of my business is a simple mission: to guide people with wisdom, care, integrity, and expertise so they can make real estate decisions that move them closer to the life they are trying to build.
When you work with me, you are not just getting a real estate agent. You are getting an advocate, educator, problem-solver, strategist, and someone who genuinely cares about the people behind the transaction.
