We are relocating to the Denver area and didn’t know anybody who could recommend a realtor. It was a bit disconcerting to find a realtor from the internet, but we are quite pleased with all aspects of Theda’s performance. It started with accommodating our tight schedules and wishes to look at 30-40 homes in three days! Theda was on-time for all appointments and her communications were timely and professional. Plus, her warm and friendly attitude made it easy to spend time with her while easing our stress. This was our second home purchase and it was clear through Theda’s actions, questions, and comments that she was our advocate every step of the way. She worked with us at our pace and took time to understand our level of real estate savvy (low), concerns, and what type of home would suit our lifestyle. Importantly, Theda also kept us on track to ensure that we met all contractual deadlines (a great help). The transaction on the house we wanted got a little sticky at a few points (at no fault of Theda). She promptly identified our recourse in a clear and professional manner and allowed us to decide how to proceed. It is refreshing when a professional lays out a variety options in an objective manner allowing you to make your own decision (i.e., no pressure). In the end, the purchase went through as easily as a real estate transaction can go.
